MADISON AVENUE

'Madison Avenue' embodies simplicity and sleek elegance, designed for a minimalistic yet sophisticated look suitable for both office wear and casual errands. This look features an oversized button down top which was graded two sizes larger to achieve the desired oversized silhouette. The shirt has six buttons in the front, complemented with a wide vent in the sleeves along with 3 buttons on each, adding a touch of flair. The look is completed with a white denim mini skirt, showcasing an overlap waistband secured by a large button for closure.

The creation process unfolded through a series of steps: from initial inspiration sketch to development of pattern pieces on Gerber Accumark followed by the creation of the first prototype which was examined during fit sessions to meet fit and comfort. After modifications were made, the final garment pieces were created.
