As a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Lululemon, I am responsible for bringing the company’s visual merchandising strategies to life through impactful product presentation, store layout, and in-store marketing. I execute bi-weekly visual merchandising flips, including window displays, mannequin styling, and signage updates, ensuring that our store reflects Lululemon’s brand aesthetics while creating an engaging and intuitive shopping experience for our guests. By utilizing my expertise in product placement and visual storytelling, I contribute to driving sales and creating a memorable in-store atmosphere that enhances customer engagement.

  • Curated a fall-inspired front entry table using a color palette of oil blue, bone, black, fawn brown, and graphite grey, evoking a sleek, masculine, and versatile look.

  • Featured layering pieces that emphasize fall fashion, such as jackets, hoodies, and fleece vests, offering customers versatile options for the season.

  • Incorporated casual wear that blends comfort and style, highlighting everyday pieces suitable for both active and relaxed moments.

  • Used strategic color combinations and textures to create visual interest, drawing attention to key items and showcasing the collection's adaptability for layering.

  • Designed the table to convey a cohesive fall vibe, offering a seamless transition from outdoor activity to casual downtime.

VM Strategy

  • Created a cohesive story by blending October color palette—cream, black, and shades of green and brown—to evoke a sense of calm, comfort and nature, aligning with the product’s soft, everyday wear appeal.

  • Developed a sensory journey by highlighting the products’ versatility in both activewear and loungewear settings, visually demonstrating how Softstreme pieces can seamlessly transition from workout to relaxation.

  • Curated thoughtful product pairings to showcase the layering potential of the collection, ensuring the display highlighted the fabric’s softness, stretch, and comfort while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

  • Incorporated mannequin styling to demonstrate matching set options, with outfits in a neutral, earthy color scheme to maintain consistency and help guests easily visualize how to wear Softstreme pieces day-to-day.

  • Balanced simplicity with visual interest, focusing on clean lines and an organized flow that allowed guests to navigate the destination naturally, while guiding them to discover key pieces of the collection.

VM Strategy​

  • Created a cohesive theme by grouping functional accessories—water bottles, yoga mats, tote bags, and yoga blocks—to evoke a sense of wellness, mindfulness, and active lifestyle, perfect for both on-the-go fitness and everyday use.

  • Used color to create harmony: Arranged products in complementary shades to create a calming, cohesive look that connects with the Lululemon brand's emphasis on balance and mind-body wellness.

  • Showcased practicality and style by pairing items based on lifestyle scenarios, such as yoga roller with mats or tote bags with water bottles, to help guests envision how the accessories work together during their day-to-day activities or wellness routines.
